Sri.G.Balasubramanian

Sakthibala Associates is a trusted and well-established proprietorship firm founded by Mr. G. Balasubramanian, a qualified Civil Engineer, with a strong foundation in technical expertise and hands-on industry experience.

Mr. Balasubramanian completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 1988 and began his career working with some of Chennai’s leading construction firms.
During his early professional journey, he successfully contributed to the execution of over 10 residential apartment projects, covering a built-up area of approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft.

He further strengthened his professional expertise by serving for five years at Ashok Leyland Properties Ltd, a reputed name in the housing sector, where he worked as a Senior Engineer (Contracts). In this role, he was responsible for:

Quality control across multiple project sites

Contract awarding and management

Contractor evaluation and supervision

Establishment & Growth

He played a key role in overseeing around 8 major projects, gaining deep insight into large-scale construction management and execution standards.

With a vision to deliver quality construction backed by engineering excellence, Mr. Balasubramanian established Sakthibala Associates in 2002, with its office located at K.K. Nagar, Chennai.

In its initial phase, the firm focused primarily on works contract projects, successfully executing:

Expansion into Property Development

Recognizing the growing demand for quality housing, the company expanded its operations in December 2003 into:

Residential apartment promotion
Independent bungalow construction

From the third year of operations (2004–2005 onwards), Sakthibala Associates began developing projects across several key locations in Chennai, including:

Twin houses in Saligramam
Duplex homes in Ramapuram, K.K. Nagar, and Ashok Nagar
Residential flats in Ayyappanthangal, Senneerkuppam, Mogappair region, Porur, Madipakkam, and K.K. Nagar
